Our fitness program is a fun, non-threatening group activity that combines both a strength and cardiovascular workout in 30 minutes. Shape It Up provides cardiovascular and resistance exercise that builds strength and endurance. At Shape It Up, you will find hydraulic resistance machines designed to work the upper and lower body, as well as cardio stations consisting of cushioned platforms and steppers.  Up-beat music enhances the exercise environment. The regimen alternates between equipment, jogging and stepping, with 30 seconds spent at each station.  This supervised work out requires a total of about 30 minutes. Every 7.5 minutes a short rest period is taken while the pulse is checked.  This program was designed to burn calories, tones muscles and eliminate boredom. Shape It Up uses hydraulic exercise equipment, which is the result of more than 25 years of research by noted exercise physiologists, therapists and fitness experts from around the world.
